    • Bill Briant says:

No! Because those countries are so Scared of Christianity,as Christ came to set the Captives Free! They the ones that control people do not want that, especially woman as we have seen in Afghanistan!of supposed Adultery, were was the Man!(male) it was done with, was he not the Problem? Leave the Woman alone.

  7. with all do respect, although I may not be Muslim, but may I ask why you made this opinion of yours?

    • No such thing as god, no such thing as heaven, no such thing as hell and no such thing as satan.

All religions are based on ancient superstitions held in a pre-scientific age. It’s time for the people of the world let go of their childish beliefs and be fascinated by the world as it in, not as they believe it should be.

  8. This is intresting when in 10 years china will be the biggest christian country in the world??????

this is intresting when Iran is losing islam ground to christians???????

this is intresting when Africa muslims are converting to christians every day???????
I think Islam is slowing down. oops South Sudan the youngest country is christian.

    • @ Edgard

I think you got your information wrong.
People in China arent christians. They are buddha and there is over 60 millions muslims in China.
Second of all Irans population now is 85 millions and there is no christians in Iran…LOL!
and South Sudan is christian….just like nigeria……
People in Northern Nigeria are muslims but in the south are christians.

Get your info right next time. The muslim population will hit over 2.3 billions by 2030!

  9. Bill Briant says:

Yet Christ said! Love your Enemies, for if you do not God cannot love You! yet if you do not love yourself as God loves you, You cannot another for the love of God is not in you.

You need to be Born Again of the Spirit of God! as Christ said unless a Man is Born again of the spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of Heaven! (not Paradise were only male muslims go not woman) The first Adam disobeyed God and brought sin into the World, and the second Adam (Christ in man Form) took our sin so we did not have to pay the price!

    • I beg to differ, women also get the same treatment in paradise, in fact, we’ll be recreated as something, what that is nobody knows except God.
Also to note, you said Adam was the first sin, again I beg to differ. The first sin was Satan for disobeying God in the first place. Then it was Adam and Eve, both equally share the sin.

  10. Excuse me “kkk”, but I find your opinion very offending.
I don’t understand your opinion. Islam is not the religon of Satan. You know nothing about Islam. Please go read the Qu’ran, and hopfully you will understand our religon better. When you do not know the religon, it’s teachings, or it’s doing, please do not critisize it, or mock it. Surely you will take your words back. (:

    • Any religion that has to rely so heavily on fear tactics has to be suspect. I’ve been reading the Quran for over a decade — and I am as disgusted by it today as I was when I first picked it up. The threat of infidels and other assorted losers burning in hell forever appears on nearly every page in gory detail.
For all its talk about “clarity” there actually is none … (Edited for content. Admin)

  11. If Jessus is a ” God “and a son of God , then his mother must be a “Godess”, and we know that Christ has no father , it’s said that he was killed, How can people see the godess and her son ,and never saw the god himself “his father”. Is the God a simple human being , and is he who created all the universe ,earth , human, sun , moon, and all things we see around us ?, and all this power of creation , he was just killed by a normal human ? Can we kill the God ? and what his Father did when his son was killed ?

    • He was killed by romans to take all the sinth of the people ! And in quoran this is written for your information ! And the christians people protect ur prophit From let meka people killing him and there is the christian brother that writes with ur prophit the qoran

  12. How come Islam treats women differently in different parts of the world. They seem to be more liberal in Turkey, Indonesia, and Lebanon but the Arabian countries are more restrictive. Is the difference mainly cultural or do different followers of Islam interpret the Koran differently?

    • You said it your self, you listed countries. Islam has nothing to do with the way people treat women. It depends on each and every countries culture and the mentality of the people and most importantly the level of education of each country. If you want to know how Islam treats women just open the Quran and read. Don’t misunderstand Islam because of the actions of the people. No one is perfect regardless to what religion they follow. Islam means peace, we start our convo saying ” Peace ” and we end it saying ” Peace “.. i am a women, i live in an Arab country , i am an Arab and I love the way Islam treats me because Islam makes me feel like a Queen. Ill just give you two examples and you can judge your self.

      1) The Hijjab ( Covering my hair ) : If i got you two chocolate bars, and i unwrapped one of them and kept the second one covered and threw both the chocolate bars on the floor. Which one would you choose? the unwrapped one or the covered one?

      2) In islam women are not allowed to have any physical contract with any strange man unless he is her uncle, father, brother .. etc.. so many people disagree with this matter and see that it is so stupid but let me tell you why…

Does Queen Elizabeth Shake hands with any strange man ? No.. And this is how Islam treats women. In Islam women are seen as Queens.

      Thank you, Take care :)

  13. Christianity is the religion of our god jesus ! i’m christian not because my parents are christians because i believe and i’m living every day with my christ (Edited for content. Admin.)

  14. Amen to that ;)

  15. HOW TO KNOW THE TRUTH? TRUE PROPHET?
How do we know a book is from Almighty God? How do we know a Prophet is truly send by Almighty God? ………..There is only one way…God should tell that truth to other human beings. God said in Bible that Moses is His Prophet….And that declaration was heard by more than 30 lakhs people of Israel at the bottom of Mount Sinai This historical declaration is recorded in Bible Exodus 19 to Exodus 20.

    At Mount Sinai
1 On the first day of the third month after the Israelites left Egypt—on that very day—they came to the Desert of Sinai. 2 After they set out from Rephidim, they entered the Desert of Sinai, and Israel camped there in the desert in front of the mountain.
3 Then Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain and said, “This is what you are to say to the descendants of Jacob and what you are to tell the people of Israel: 4 ‘You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt, and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself. 5 Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, 6 you[a] will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.”
7 So Moses went back and summoned the elders of the people and set before them all the words the LORD had…

  16. HOW TO KNOW THE TRUTH? TRUE PROPHET?…continuation…

7 So Moses went back and summoned the elders of the people and set before them all the words the LORD had commanded him to speak. 8 The people all responded together, “We will do everything the LORD has said.” So Moses brought their answer back to the LORD.
9 The LORD said to Moses, “I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you.” Then Moses told the LORD what the people had said.
10 And the LORD said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow. Have them wash their clothes 11 and be ready by the third day, because on that day the LORD will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. 12 Put limits for the people around the mountain and tell them, ‘Be careful that you do not approach the mountain or touch the foot of it. Whoever touches the mountain is to be put to death. 13 They are to be stoned or shot with arrows; not a hand is to be laid on them. No person or animal shall be permitted to live.’ Only when the ram’s horn sounds a long blast may they approach the mountain.”
14 After Moses had gone down the mountain to the people, he consecrated them, and they washed their clothes. 15 Then he said to the people, “Prepare yourselves for the third day. Abstain from sexual relations.”
    16…

  17. 16 On the morning of the third day there was thunder and lightning, with a thick cloud over the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast. Everyone in the camp trembled. 17 Then Moses led the people out of the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the foot of the mountain. 18 Mount Sinai was covered with smoke, because the LORD descended on it in fire. The smoke billowed up from it like smoke from a furnace, and the whole mountain[b] trembled violently. 19 As the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and the voice of God answered him.[c]
20 The LORD descended to the top of Mount Sinai and called Moses to the top of the mountain. So Moses went up 21 and the LORD said to him, “Go down and warn the people so they do not force their way through to see the LORD and many of them perish. 22 Even the priests, who approach the LORD, must consecrate themselves, or the LORD will break out against them.”
23 Moses said to the LORD, “The people cannot come up Mount Sinai, because you yourself warned us, ‘Put limits around the mountain and set it apart as holy.’”
24 The LORD replied, “Go down and bring Aaron up with you. But the priests and the people must not force their way through to come up to the LORD, or he will break out against them.”
25 So Moses went down to the people and told them.

    ABOUT JESUS

God declared about Jesus that He is my beloved…

  18. ABOUT JESUS

God declared about Jesus that He is my beloved Son… Read it in Gospel of Mathew and Gospel of Luke…quoted below
    Mathew 3:13-16.
13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. 14 But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?”
15 Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented.
16 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. 17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
    Luke 3:21-25
The Baptism of Jesus in Luke Luke 3:21-25
The Baptism and Genealogy of Jesus in Luke 3: 21
21 When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened 22 and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.” …Is it a secret declaration from God to Jesus? Absolutely not…This declaration was heard by John the Baptist and so many of his disciples and lot many Jews …

Moses and Jesus are true Prophets of God, because of God ‘s declaration………………………..

My question to muslim brethren?…If you believe the same…

  19. My question to muslim brethren?…If you believe the same God you worship , the God of Moses and God of Jesus, why no such declaration from God about the so called’ Final Prophet’, the Prophet of Islam? Either it is a secret declaration or a self declaration by so called prophet himself!! Both ways it is against the very nature of God of Bible…… I appreciate logical answer from Muslim brethren……..

  20. No, sorry, not even the old testament has the same teaching of the quran.
Thora and Bible are about God, quram is about a man (mohammed).

    • disagree with you nordlys. It’s not only about the Holy Prophet(SAW),infact it is about all things. How can you say that ? have you any proof that Holy Quran is only based on Holy Prophet(SAW)???

  21. Jesus Christ taught people to be forgiving, give charity, love each other, however he never preached about trinity, nor did he preach about attonment from sin , nor did he say he was the son of God, all these stories were made up after jesus disappeared from the Specialer sp?

  22. I have a question: why will a muslin’s teaching not be complete without comparing themselves to Christians or trying to talk down a christian service? anyone who is not complete until he compares himself to someone else is indeed in-secured!

  23. Stephen ( Muslim convert ) says:

@prince We are more Christian than Christians themselves! If christianity means to follow Jesus Christ’s teaching, we are better followers in Christianity than you! Jesus forbids to eat swine and pork, yet christians eat it! Jesus bowed down and prayed to One God (Allah) alone, yet Christian worship and pray to Jesus for forgiveness instead of the One Almighty God (Allah). Jesus Christ said: “Worship one God, alone.” and he said “My Father (i.e God) is better than I”.

    • Stephen,

Where to begin? I wish you and I could sit down for a more comprehensive chat. There is so much that I would enjoy sharing with you in regard to Jesus of the New Testament and the practices of the early Christians. There is immense joy and suffering in being a Christian, but more than that – there is the momentous occasion of experiencing closeness, love and security from God as an adopted son.

Stephen, as a Christian, I view God through the lens of relationship, not a legal system. If you carefully read the New Testament, you will find that the Mosaic Law was merely a temporary emplacement to tutor the Israelites until Jesus came. Please consider that God’s dealings with Abraham were based on relationship and Abraham was a righteous man outside of the law. He was God’s friend. God is looking for a relationship with us. An obedient-love-faith relationship. All three elements are important.

The apostle John was clear in his statement of this:

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.”

How can we walk in the light as he is in the light if we are not obedient to God?
How can we walk in the light as he is in the light if we do not have the love of God?
How can we walk in the light as he is in the light if we do not have faith?

  24. “Maryam” Well said sister.

  25. grace lohrman it’s not due birth rates infact it is because the people are slowly and gradually getting the true religion.

  26. Please don’t blame others.
    Allah(God) knows better.

  27. msblue!if you are so certain than please do proof us!

  28. Hi,

why are you splitting Christianity into the different categories but do not divide Islam? As far as I know Shia Islam and Sunna Islam are essentially different religions.

And you should state growth relative to the natural growth of the population and base rate. Otherwise the percentages don’t mean anything. Just a hint from a mathematician :-).

    • I get what you mean, but for the most part Sunni Islam and Shi’ite Islam are the same religions, but MINOR differences. So you can’t really classify them as ‘different religions’ seriously, do you even know the differences? They are very few and minor, but it separates them because it causes corruption when together. Same goes for the Christians and Catholics and Protestant etc. When they are put together (look at world history) they fight even worse then the fights between Sunni and Shi’ite. Another thing for the Christians and Catholics, etc. They believe in many different things, many major different things, in many different sects. As for Islam only having two major sects (Sunni making up more then 80% and Shi’ite making about 15%) and smaller sects making about 5%. The sects in Christians are numerous and there isn’t really a dominant group. One thing that makes Christians and Catholics, etc. able to be split is what they believe about Jesus. Some believe he is God and some believe he is Son of God, and some even believe he is a prophet (who most of the time become Muslim). The difference in the Christians is enormous while the difference in the Muslims is minor. That’s why you can separate the Christians and can’t separate the Muslims.

  29. Muslims ahve the highest number of children per woman, so no surprise. The fact is more people leave Islam than become Muslims. I am one but most apostates remain silent.

  30. I don’t see why we’re debating will all just see who religion waz true and we all have our fate and we all know or think (do research on your religion if not sure) that ours is the right one we are all the children of Adam under the eyes of Allah were are all the same the rich from the poor there no difference to Allah :)

  31. to be honest when the Muslims took over Jerusalem they didn’t kill every one in the city instead they washed it with rose water, whereas when the Christians to over they started killing every muslim person in the city

  32. The article is talking about Islam growth as a religion, which shouldn’t be a surprise here, as we’ve heard this before. You may elect to believe or disbelieve that data till your heart content.
    God Bless!

  33. He and other EX Muslims tell the truth. Only fundamentalist Muslims allow themselves to be so brainwashed that they cant see outside of their little box. Lots of Muslims are leaving thats a fact.

  34. And I was a Muslim who turned Catholic with the opposite view of yours, and there are many Muslims leaving the faith. There is too much violence and hatred amongst too many Muslims. They have superiority issues about their religion. Muslims countries treat non Muslims poorly yet expect to be welcomed in non Muslim ones. There is a lot of tacchyia amongst Muslims, lying for the religion, protecting Muslims who do wrong. Not admitting the problems within it. Many Muslims are going the other route, blame the radicals you allow amongst your mosques, the clerics who preach the hatred, some of the books some Muslims force their children to read. It should be a choice, you shouldnt be punished for leaving it like some are. There are more reasons to leave it than to join it.

  35. La Ilahe IlleLLAH says:

I don’t want to tell anyone what’s wright and what’s wrong. God gave us intellect think about him and his wonders. The world around us is so simple that people just need to stop their prejudices and open their hearts and minds towards God and each other…

  36. U know the issue of the divinity of Jesus Christ is a mystery – meaning it cant be fully explained. You need to know that Jesus is fully God and Fully man! He was born of a virgin to show his divine descent but had to be born to show his humanity. He came to die so that man can be free from sin but also came to show us how to live so he had to be human. Only blood from a sinless human can totally cleanse a man from sin so God Himself became man and died for man.

  37. Hi everyone ! I was born in a Muslim family, very faithful. At age 18 , encouraged by my parents, I was married to a jihadist and I was proud to be his wife to serve the purpose that every Muslims should do.In the next seven years we had three children two boys and one daughter. Then I got Christian female friends. The women were good-hearted, loving mothers and devoted wives with a career who dresses as they wanted, without any restrictions from the husband. I asked them why they don’t obey Allah by wearing at least hijabs , niqab and they told me that God in their religion is a God of love, merciful and ensure equality between men and women and who says that a woman can be a good wife and mother even with a job to have her pride. They taught me about the Christian religion and gave me even read the Bible, although at first I refused. Once I started reading I became fascinated and I felt a great peace. I read every night in secret (without the knowledge of my husband). After nearly two years, after I finished reading the Bible and I’ve researched on Christianity I decided it was time for me to become a Christian. I took my kids and I with them we moved to Mexico because my husband would have killed me if he found out I converted to Christianity. Since then I developed a relationship with Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my Saviour. I’m married now to a Christian and I’m having a happy marriage.

  38. I’m really sorry if I offend anybody by posting this, but are you joking? I’m Catholic, and I’ve been taught from day one that as Christians we are always supposed to forgive people when they hurt us. I’m currently going to a Lutheran high school, and they teach the same thing… Forgiveness seems to be a common trait among Christian denominations, no? Please, PLEASE, before you make such wide-sweeping generalizations think about what you’re saying. You’ll notice that most (if not all) of the repliers aren’t taking you very seriously because you aren’t offering any facts to back up your claims.

  39. (stares blankly at computer screen) You’re basing your belief system on how many women you get in your harem when you die? That’s a bit… icky. Must make girls who believe that feel pretty bad about themselves.

    • The number 72 doesn’t come up in the Qur’an. Yes there are women but also men… I don’t get why people only think Islam favors men when both get their share in responsibilities etc.
See if you can find where it says 72 women in the Qur’an.

  40. opps@ Miriam Ali its your bad luck or good luck in that world i don’t no.I have some question, that After nearly two years, you finished reading the Bible and you have researched on Christianity then you decided it is time for you to become a Christian ok question now before time was you trying to research on Quran? I did not think so.If you did it you fill more and more proud and true happy.God bless you!

  41. @Amanda
One day when you have a clear mind and heart, read your own posts again. You sound just like the very people you accuse of being wrong in their understanding of God. If you truly love your religion and God, come and live a few weeks as a ‘pretend’ non-muslim in Pakistan or Saudi Arabia to truly see how they are being treated. True peace can only come from within.

  42. Brother your knowledge shows no signs of Christian humility but a deep anger as expressed by your words.Do get back to a unbiased study of all religions with a calm mind and may your anger be less.

Speak Your Mind
