* pray for an end to slavery in Mauritania
* pray for an end to corruption at all levels of society
* pray for the salvation of governmental and religious authorities in Mauritania
* pray for Christian humanitarian workers in Mauritania
* pray for the breaking of the power of supersitious fear that preveals in Mauritnia
* pray for each ethnic group in Mauritania to be reached
* pray for Bible translation into each Mauritanian language
* pray for visions, dreams, and revelations of Jesus Christ
* pray for a strong Mauritanian CHurch to be raised up to the glory of God!

Pray too for the situation of slavery in Mauritania - the last country in the world with chattel slavery. There is a deep, almost palpable shame about it, with Mauritanians not wanting to admit it's presence, yet it endures in large segments of the society, and they seem unable to remove it from the culture. I pray that God can lead the people into Light in this matter, too, seeing that God does not want any man or woman to be owned as property, but to be free, in spirit and body. May the demons of slavery be bound in this country.
