Allah does not exist. But the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that is Jesus Christ and God the Father exist. It is not well known that Jesus himself had created the world but he did. (See John1to4, Colossians 15 to17) Healings, Miracles after miracles had been the trademark of God - Jesus ,the Father,& the Holy Ghost and yet Allah - the God of Islam did not do anything of this because this god does not exist.
